Orange Guinea stresses positive side of court decision

Orange Guinea's director of marketing and communications, Abdoul Karim Bangoura, has reacted to a court decision finding the operator guilty of breaking competition rules by selling services more cheaply to its end-users than to third-party operators by emphasising another, more positive ruling.
