Orange introduces 4G in Channel Tunnel

Orange said its 4G services are now available 100 metres below sea level in the Channel Tunnel when travelling between France and the UK. Coverage in the opposite direction is available from UK operators, the company said, announcing its summer 2016 services update. Orange said 4G surface coverage will be introduced during July on high-speed TGV trains connecting Paris and Calais, where the Channel Tunnel begins.
