Orange Kenya to appeal against KES 3.2 bln award to ex-staff

Orange Kenya wants the Supreme Court to overturn a Court of Appeal judgement to award KES 3.2 billion to its former workers, the Business Daily reported. In October 2013, the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal filed by Orange, seeking to overturn a High Court ruling. Orange, through lawyer George Oraro, is now seeking an audience with the Supreme Court, on the grounds that the case is of "great public importance".
