Orange launches new PoPs in South Africa

Orange has opened two large capacity IP and IPX Points of Presence (PoP) in South Africa in Cape Town and Johannesburg. They are operational from 06 November and will enhance internet and mobile connectivity in the region by offering faster connection speeds and improved reliability for wholesale customers. Orange said this enhances its position as a connectivity enabler in South Africa, where capacity is constantly increasing.
