Orange Luxembourg to stop selling prepaid cards online

Orange Luxembourg will stop selling prepaid cards on its website and through reply coupons from 4 December because the channels cannot guarantee the reliability of customer identification. The operator will no longer sell prepaid cards without ID, a measure prescribed by the government for security reasons. As the only reliable way to verify customer ID is in stores, the prepaid cards will be sold only in Orange shops and at Orange points of sale in Auchan, Cora and Saturn stores.
