Orange picks Exfo to integrate monitoring function in ONAP latest release

Thursday 11 October 2018 | 14:42 CET | News
Orange has integrated Exfo's passive virtual probes (vProbes) into the second software release of the open-source Open Networking Automation Platform (ONAP), which is named ONAP Beijing and has been available since June. The integration enables the on-demand provisioning of virtual passive probes to facilitate network monitoring and reduce the resources required to troubleshoot issues. The two partners said that their collaboration has delivered the first monitoring function for ONAP Beijing, marking a further step in improving service assurance for SDN/NFV commercial deployments.
