Orange plans to withdraw constitutional complaint against Arcep's sanctioning powers – report

French incumbent Orange intends to abandon its recent legal complaint against telecom regulator Arcep, according to information gathered by Les Echos. The company had filed an 'urgent question of constitutionality' at the Council of State, casting doubt on whether Arcep's current organisational structure ensured sufficient separation of powers and impartiality.
