Orange Poland crowdsources customer support

Orange Poland launched a pilot system of community technical support, powered by the Swiss company Mila, reports Telko.in. The platform matches subscribers who need a technical assistance with setup of Orange services with experts providing assistance against recommended remuneration of PLN 50-75. Milla charges a 15-percent commission. The project has been launched operationally in Warsaw. Mila, in cooperation with Orange, organises currently also crowd services in Krakow and Rzeszow.
