Orange selects SES platform to offer satellite connectivity services to commercial maritime clients

Satellite operator SES has strengthened its ties with Orange by signing a new agreement on global connectivity targeting the commercial maritime sector. Under the partnership, Orange merchant shipping clients will benefit from high-capacity satellite-based network services powered by SES' Skala Global Platform, a bandwidth management system enabling worldwide coverage via multiple geostationary satellites and gateways, interconnected by a global terrestrial network.
