Orange signs profit-sharing deal with French unions

Monday 1 July 2013 | 13:12 CET | News
Orange has signed a profit-sharing agreement with four French unions representing almost 70 percent of votes in the last employee elections (CFDT, CFE-CGC, FO and SUD). Under the agreement, 4 percent of each company's operating income will be subject to profit sharing. The calculation consists of two parts, 80 percent is related to salary level, with a EUR 26,000 floor salary, and 20 percent is linked to the time spent in the group over the reference year.
