Orange Spain tops 3 mln conversations via WhatsApp customer service channel

Orange Spain said the official customer service channel it offers via WhatsApp was used for over 3 million conversations in 2020. A total of 1 million customers contacted the operator via the channel, which now accounts for 17 percent of all non-commercial queries, with 35 percent of the inquiries resolved on the spot via the Djingo chatbot.
