Orange to charge an extra EUR 1 for LTE on most plans

Orange France mobile customers on plans other than the high-end Origami Jet and Origami Star subscriptions will be able to use the operator's LTE network by paying an extra EUR 1 month between the consumer LTE launch on 4 April and the end of the year, group chairman and CEO Stephane Richard told Le Figaro. Orange previously announced that its high-end mobile plans would include LTE at no extra charge. Richard said that prices would be be adjusted in a second phase, when LTE coverage is more extensive, but that LTE would not be offered to customers on the low-cost Sosh mobile service. He
