Orange Uganda introduces Internet for All, mobile money

Orange Uganda has introduced a new service called 'Internet for All', which will enable people to use an antenna to pick up a 3G signal. A customer will just need to acquire an antenna plus an Orange router and then be in a position to get an Orange internet signal from within 30 kilometres of an Orange server, the Observer reported. CEO Philippe Luxcey said the firm's intention is to provide the best services and promote innovations. Luxcey also announced the company's entry into mobile money, with Orange Money. ICT Minister Ruhakana Rugunda congratulated Orange for championing innovations
