ORG files new submission in DRIPA judicial review

UK consumer advocate Open Rights Group (ORG) has filed a second submission in the judicial review proceedings against the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act (DRIPA). ORG argues that the legislation is contrary to EU law, in particular Article 15 of the E-Privacy Directive.
