Otel inks distribution deal with Zycoo

South Africa's Otel Telecoms has been named as a Zycoo-approved distributor, which give it realtime access to direct technical support from the manufacturer of IP unified communications systems. The distributor agreement with independent telecoms provider Otel is China-based Zycoo's most extensive distribution agreement concluded to date in South Africa. The company's flagship product is the CooVox V2, a third-generation IP PBX. The product's focus is on organisations with as few as five users up to 200 users. Zycoo also develops proprietary software such as CooBill, CooCall and CTMS.
