Over 13% of Spanish users changed mobile provider in 2018

Around 13.5 percent of Spanish users changed their mobile operator in 2018, slightly more than in 2017, according to a survey of 4,987 households and 9,194 individuals conducted by communications regulator CNMC. The survey revealed that a further 11.3 percent considered changing but didn't do so while another 6.6 percent begun the portability process but ended up staying with their existing operator.
