Over 73% of Mexican mobile users satisfied with service

Over 73 percent of Mexican mobile telephony users are satisfied with the service they receive, according to the latest consumer survey published by regulator IFT. The survey corresponding to December 2018 revealed that 73.1 out of 100 users were satisfied with their mobile telephony service, up from 72.6 in the first 2018 poll, with fixed-line internet satisfaction rising from 70.0 to 72.7, fixed-line telephony inching up to 74.8 from 74.6 points and pay-TV satisfaction staying flat at 71.7 points.
