Over 8 in 10 LatAm pay-TV execs positive about OTT impact - study

Unlike their global counterparts, executives from the Latin American broadcasting sector are overwhelmingly positive about the impact on the pay-TV industry of over-the-top networks, according to a report released by Nagra in partnership with researcher MTM. The Latin American edition of the 2019 Pay-TV Innovation Forum found that 83 percent of respondents believe that the shift to OTT delivery will have a positive impact on their business compared to 70 percent of executives globally.
