Over 90% of Argentine mobile traffic passes over Wi-Fi

Some 91.6 percent of mobile traffic in Argentina passes over Wi-Fi networks, with only 8.4 percent passing over mobile networks, reports local daily La Voz, citing a survey conducted by tariff comparison site WePlan. Argentine mobile users download around 9.84 GB of data per month via Wi-Fi on average, far exceeding the 921 MB downloaded over the local operators' mobile networks.
