Over four fifths of Germans listen to the radio

Tuesday 12 February 2019 | 16:28 CET | News
The vast majority (84%) of German respondents admitted to listening to the radio in a YouGov survey carried out on behalf of the consumer electronics association Zvei. In the 14 to 34-year-old age group, 83 percent listened to the radio, and 85 percent of those over 55 age groups did so, too. Audio streaming services are used by 75 percent of millennials, compared with only 26 percent of respondents over the age of 55.
