Ovzon delays launch of 3rd satellite until Q2 2022 because of component shortages

Swedish satellite operator Ovzon said that it is rescheduling the launch of the Ovzon 3 satellite from the end of 2021 until the second quarter of 2022. It blamed key component shortages, which it said are affecting completion of many other satellites in the industry, too. Maxar has told Ovzon it cannot meet the original timeline because of delays from subcontractor Honeywell
