Ovzon raises SEK 238 mln in directed share issue

Swedish satellite operator Ovzon said it has completed a directed issue of 4.66 million new shares, corresponding to approximately SEK 238 million before costs. It had been authorised by the 13 April AGM. The proceeds will be used for various purposes, including its steerable beams agreement, marketing, pilots and field tests, and to improve financial flexibility.
