Pace raises FY outlook after strong H1

Set-top box maker Pace reported first-half revenues up 31.0 percent from a year earlier to USD 1.318 billion, driven by strong demand for its media server products in North America. Adjusted EBITA increased 57.0 percent to USD 96.7 million, and the operating margin improved to 7.3 percent from 6.1 a year ago. EPS jumped to 16.4 cents from 5.1, and Pace increased its dividend 27.1 percent to 1.83 cents a share. Free cash flow decreased slightly, to USD 92.0 million from USD 94.6 million a year earlier.
