Pace revenues lower, margins improve

Set-top box maker Pace said revenues were lower in the past four months but profitability improved, supporting its full-year outlook for largely stable results. The lower revenue was mainly due to a US satellite customer taking on a second supplier, while margins benefited from a better product mix and operating efficiencies, the company said in a trading update for the period 01 July to 13 November. Adjusted EBITA and return on sales were higher than the same period in 2012, reflecting the company's medium-term efforts to improve profitability. Cash flow in the period was strong, helped by
