Padtec launches new DWDM equipment

Brazilian manufacturer Padtec launched two new DWDM systems, TW1200 and TM800, at the InovaTIC event, reports Telesintese. The products increase capacity without the need for more fibre, resulting in lower infrastructure costs. The TM1200 adapts to different types of networks and can have transmission rates from 100G to 600G, while the the TM800 reaches up to 400G, with a transmission capacity of 25.5 Tbps and a maximum consumption of 304W.
