Pakistan Telecom Authority slashes mobile termination rates

The Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) announced a reduction in the mobile termination rate from PKR 0.70 per minute to PKR 0.50 per minute from 01 January 2022. Rates shall be further reduced to PKR 0.40 per minute from 01 July 2022 and PKR 0.30 a year later.
