Palo Alto Networks raises USD 1.5 billion in senior notes offering

Global cyber security platform provider Palo Alto Networks has raised USD 1.5 billion in an offering of convertible senior notes due 2023. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 0.75 percent per year, and the initial conversion rate is 3.7545 shares for USD 1,000 of debt.
