Palo Alto Networks to acquire Zingbox for IoT security

Palo Alto Networks has announced another acquisition, alongside better-than-expected quarterly results. The company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zingbox, an IoT security company, for USD 75 million, with the takeover expected to close in fiscal Q1.
