Palo Alto prices USD 1.75 bln notes offering

Palo Alto Networks said it has priced its offering of USD 1.75 billion worth of convertible senior notes due 2025. The company also granted a greenshoe of an additional USD 250 million worth of notes for possible over-allotments. The sale is expected to settle on 8 June, subject to customary closing conditions.
