Panasonic signs licensing deal with SEGA

Panasonic has signed a deal for the rights to feature SEGA’s Sonic The Hedgehog game on its mobile phones. This is the first Sega’s popular game has been installed on a mobile phone. It will be available on Panasonic handsets to be launched from 3rd-qtr 2005. Panasonic will install Sonic The Hedgehog on six new phones: the VS3, VS7, SA6, SA7, MX6 and MX7.
