Paraguay to auction 700 MHz frequency in 2016

Paraguay's National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel) will on 27 January present the National Telecommunications Plan 2016-2020, including projects for this year such as the auction of the 700 MHz band and the launch of the digital switchover, which will culminate in 2024, reports La Nacion.
