Paris to build 30,000 square metre business incubator

Paris City Hall has unveiled plans to build "the world's biggest business incubator" at a renovated market known as Halle Freyssinet. The project is a partnership between the city government, state-controlled investment vehicle Caisse des Depots, and private investor Xavier Niel, who founded the Iliad telecom company. The 30,000 sq mt Halle Freyssinet building will host 1,000 innovative start-ups working in a variety of sectors.
