Parisfal, Wild Bunch eye stake in Orange Cinema - report

As part of its revised conditions for French pay-TV operator Canal Plus's acquisition of rival TPS, the country's competition authority is obliging Canal Plus to resell the 33.3 percent stake it has since acquired in pay-TV service Orange Cinema Series. La Tribune writes that Swedish investment fund Parisfal, which looked at the stake two years ago, is again a candidate, as is distribution company Wild Bunch.
