Particle raises USD 20 mln in Series B round

IoT start-up Particle secured USD 20 million in Series B funding to bring its IoT products to Enterprise companies. The round was led by Spark Capital, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and Particle's previous investors. In a Series A financing round held in 2016, the company attracted USD 10.4 million from Root Ventures, O'Reilly Alpha Tech Ventures (OATV), and Rincon Venture Partners and other investors, taking its total funding to USD 14.6 million. The company raised USD 4.2 million in its first Series A round from Lion Wells Capital, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, SOSventures,
