Partner Communications receives bids for 20% of fibre network use rights

Israeli operator Partner Communications said it has received several bids from various investors to acquire 20 percent of the rights to use the company's existing and future fibre optic network for services to private households, for a consideration in excess of ILS 550 million. The company is considering the bids that were received. Partner said it will decide to proceed to the stage of binding offers and towards a transaction and will continue to report.
