Pay-TV tops Spanish households complaints - study

Monday 11 May 2020 | 10:17 CET | News
Pay-TV appears to have replaced electricity provision as the service with which Spanish households are most unhappy, according to the latest consumer survey results published by regulator CNMC corresponding to the final quarter of 2019. The findings show that 19.6 percent of Spanish households were dissatisfied or highly dissatisfied with their pay-TV service, due above all to the high monthly prices charged, followed by electricity with 15.5 percent and fixed broadband with 13.9 percent.
