PC most popular German home gadget, TV second

The personal computer remains Germany's most popular item of consumer electronics, followed by the TV and then the smartphone. So says a publication from the trade association Gfu Consumer & Home Electronics concerning themes and public attitudes, based on a survey in May of 2,000 German households, carried out by Value A Marketing Intelligence. It said 90 percent of respondents use a PC, 89 percent a television set and 83 percent a smartphone.
