PDAger Mobility to use NAC for Map4U LBS

Canadian geographic information system (GIS) company NAC Geographic Products has agreed to license the Natural Area Coding System to China's PDAger Mobility for its Map4U mobile location service application, the Globe and Mail reports. The Natural Area Coding System unifies area codes, addresses, postal codes, map grids, map sheet codes and property identifiers. The system has been widely adopted, with 24 countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Pacific Region digitised with Universal Addresses.
