Penny, Ja! Mobil launch new data plans

German mobile service providers Penny Mobil and Ja! Mobil have launched new tariff plans. The new SmartPlus plan comes with 600 minutes and 2 GB at up to 21.6 Mbps for EUR 12.99 for four weeks. Additional minutes and SMS cost 9 cents each. The activation fee is EUR 9.95, and the starter pack comes with EUR 13 initial credit. The new Allnet Flat plan offers unlimited calls to German networks and 3 GB data for EUR 19.99 for four weeks. It also costs EUR 9.95 to activate and includes EUR 20 initial credit.
