Pepephone revamps data plans, introduces 4G

Spanish MVNO Pepephone has announced a revamp of its data bundles to coincide with its launch of 4G services via the LTE network of Movistar (Telefonica). All bundles available under the operator's 'Pulpo Pepe' tariff are to be reduced in price and increased in data allowance, including the 1GB bundle for EUR 5.90 per month, 2GB for EUR 10.90 and 5GB for EUR 29. Customers will be able to surf at 4G speeds starting mid-December and will be charged 3.63 eurocents if they exceed their monthly allowance.
