Pepephone to sell SIMs via MediaMarkt Spain - report

Spanish operator Pepephone has reached a deal with MediaMarkt to distribute SIM cards via the German retailer's chain of stores throughout the country, reports website Xataka Movil. The partners will initially market the operator's popular 'Inimitable' plan, with 19GB of data and 5,001 minutes for EUR 19.90 a month, before looking to extend the agreement, said the report. MediaMarkt already offers SIM cards and subsidised phones from operators such as Vodafone, Orange, Masmovil, Tuenti, Lebara, Euskaltel, Telecable and Lowi.
