Pepephone to start selling electricity to all consumers

Tuesday 1 March 2016 | 10:27 CET | News
Spanish MVNO Pepephone will start offering electricity to all consumers via its Pepeenergy service starting next week, reports El Confidencial, citing the company's CEO Pedro Serrahima. Previously, only Pepephone customers could contract electricity at wholesale prices, plus a monthly set rate of EUR 1.25. Around 5,000 Pepephone customers have accessed the service in the past five months, prompting the company to offer Pepeenergy to all consumers and businesses starting 07 March.
