Peru publishes broadband marketing, fibre regulations

Monday 11 November 2013 | 09:56 CET | News

The regulations were published in a special edition of the official publication El Peruano. The USD 350 million project will connect the 195 districts in the interior of the country through broadband, reducing the technology gap with urban areas. It will also help reduce the excessive concentration in the telecommunications market, in which 87 percent of operations are restricted to two companies.
