Peru to offer state bodies free access to Rednace fibre network

Peru's national telecommunications fund Pronatel has announced a number of measures to boost access to the country's the country's Fibre Optic Backbone Network (RDFO). The network is currently being managed by Pronatel following the cancellation of the contract with Mexico's Azteca Comunicaciones and the fund has launched a market study ahead of a forthcoming tender to continue RDFO's operation and maintenance.
