Peruvian regulator caps minimum fixed/mobile contracts at 1 month

Peruvian consumers will be able to port their numbers between fixed and mobile operators as often as every month from the end of August, telecoms regulator Osiptel said. Portability will also be introduced on Sundays and public holidays, the regulator announced in a statement.
