Pharol confirms did not participate in Oi's capital increase

Portuguese company Pharol has not taken part in the capital increase of Brazilian company Oi, its main investment. The shareholders had preemptive rights in this operation, which they could exercise until 16 July. Pharol said the price of the subscription right and Oi's current share price did not make the offer attractive.
