Pharol files lawsuit against Oi in Portugal

Portuguese company Pharol has filed an injunction against Oi, seeking a seizure of the Brazilian company's assets for payment of an indemnity to Pharol. The Portuguese company is one of Oi's largest shareholders and has seen its stake severely diluted by Oi's approved debt restructuring plan.
