Pharol gives up on capital increase in Oi

Portuguese company Pharol (formerly Portugal Telecom) has given up on the capital increase in Oi that had been authorized by the shareholders at a general meeting on 23 November, but says it maintains an interest in a capital injection in the Brazilian operator.
