Pharol opposes Oi transitional board of directors

Portuguese company Pharol, the largest shareholder of Brazilian operator Oi, proposes to reject the creation of a transitional board of directors, decided in the framework of the judicial reorganization process of the company, and to keep the board elected by shareholders, reports Lusa. This proposal is included in a resolution that will be under consideration at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for 7 February.
