PineBridge ready to sell Akta for EUR 100 mln - report

Investment fund PineBridge, which holds a majority stake in Romanian cable group Akta, is getting ready to sell Akta of EUR 100 million, that's half the money it was disposed to sell it for two years ago, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing market sources. Akta's representatives did not wish to comment on the sale's talks. Among the companies interested in buying the company in 2014-2015 were UPC and Vodafone.
